Professional Experience
I relocated to Minnesota over twenty-five years ago, in order to raise a family. I joined Burnet Realty in 1984, which is now Coldwell Banker Burnet. I hit the ground running my first year in real estate, by earning the honor of “Rookie of the Year.” Because of the excellent services Coldwell Banker Burnet provides to clients, I have stayed with Coldwell Banker Burnet my entire career. My sales and marketing success has continued throughout my career, and I consistently place in the top 1% of my company for sales in the state of Minnesota, and nationally. I have achieved the level of International President’s Premier, which is Coldwell Banker Burnet’s highest level of distinction for Sales Associates, and I have been a member of the 30+ Million Dollar Club. In addition, I am a Certified Relocation Specialist.
I have the honor of having been asked to be a member of Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate. Membership in the network is by invitation only. Each selected member has been recognized as a leader in the marketing of distinctive and luxury properties, committed to high performance, professionalism, and quality service.
In addition to representing clients in the Greater Metropolitan Twin Cities area, I am the Minnesota representative for Desert Mountain, in Arizona.

My business philosophy is to provide the highest level of personalized service to all my buyers and sellers. I believe that I don’t just sell homes, I sell information. I pride myself in staying up-to-date on the Twin Cities real estate market, and being privy to inside information regarding real estate activities in the Twin Cities. I achieve this by networking with other agents both within, and outside of Coldwell Banker Burnet.
I firmly believe that every buyer or seller, whether shopping for a starter home, or selling a multi-million dollar property deserves the same level of service and attention. I accomplish this by combining listening to the needs of my clients, and utilizing the latest in up-to-date technology, a strong support staff, and aggressive marketing techniques.
Personal Information
I was raised in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Growing up near the ocean, I developed a lifelong passion for the water, and I am an accomplished surfer, a certified scuba diver, and enjoy boating on Lake Minnetonka. To satisfy my competitive spirit, I play racquetball. In addition, I am an avid golfer having played at courses all over the United States, and the world.
I have enjoyed traveling throughout the United States, Europe, and the Caribbean. When time permits, I like to enjoy all of the culture the Twin Cities has to offer, such as live music, and theater.
