I've known David Azbill for over 25 years and have used his group to sell two homes and purchase one. I'm comfortable saying our large house sold within 90 days once it was put up for sale at a price within our range of acceptance ONLY due to David's  knowledge and experience. Most other homes in the same price range remained on the market for over twice as long and were sold for substantially less than the asking price. He was always available and was exceedingly helpful during the process. David knows this market! His greater than 30 years experience gives him the historical knowledge of homes, neighborhoods, and other realtors in the metro area. His friendly nature and positive attitude has resulted in relationships with other realtors that translates into more options for his clients. He gives an honest, respectful, straightforward evaluation of the home's value whether he is representing the buyer or the seller. He also understands his client's emotional aspects regarding buying as well as selling a home. He gives sage advice and won't hesitate to be "a voice of reality", if necessary. David cares about his clients and wants them to be happy and satisfied with the purchase or sale of their home. He treats everyone as he would like to be treated. Because of this, many of us have used David as their realtor multiple times whether buying or selling a home. I believe that's the most substantial testimonial to his success as a realtor.

I have worked with a different realtor for a couple of transactions over the year's and the last one I worked with David and his group. Everything went extremely well and David had a nice way of getting me to realize that I should list my house for what it would sell for rather than what I wished  it would sell for.
